Return Policy

Speidel understands that from time to time, products you order may not meet your expectations; therefore customers who purchase products directly from www.speidel.com may return product for a refund within 10 days of the order shipment date. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization number (RMA #), your order number and date, product and quantity purchased, and a short description of why the product is being returned. RMA numbers may be requested by sending this information to info@speidel.com. We will refund your purchase price, less all shipping and handling charges, provided items being returned are received back in their original packaging and are in good sellable condition. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Any items received without original packaging or in less than sellable condition may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
No returns or refunds will be authorized for engraved items.

Cancellation Policy

Most orders shipped same day (except Saturday, Sunday, or holiday) and therefore cannot be cancelled. If you decide to cancel an order, please send a request with your order number, purchase date, product and quantity purchased to info@speidel.com. No cancellations will be authorized for engraved items. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be cancelled after an order has been submitted.

Methods of Payment

All prices listed on our web site are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa and MasterCard. For your protection, all credit card orders are screened for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address information is exactly correct in order to avoid any delays in shipment. Shipping addresses cannot be a P.O. Box because we ship UPS and as such, deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box.
